Users of SagePost's email servers should take note of the following terms of service:
Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) - otherwise known as spam, is not tolerated.
Any UCE sent by the Client from SagePost's servers, or sent by or on behalf of the
Client from anywhere in an attempt to gain website traffic via links to any SagePost
hosted sites is strictly prohibited.
The Client agrees to further bind its agents, employees, resellers, and distributors
so that they will not send UCE in violation of this section.
Any violation of this section is cause for immediate termination of the Client's
account without refund, plus a penalty of $2 per email sent, and any actual damages
incurred in the event that SagePost's email service is disrupted.
It is recommended that SagePost clients contact us prior to sending any mass mailings
so that we may help you determine whether you have adequately protected against UCE,
as well as help you schedule it such that it does not interfere with others' usage of
the service.
