How the system came to be.
Direct Aid Case Manager was originally designed for an Atlanta-area chapter of the St. Vincent de Paul Society. The originator recognized the need for a system such as Direct Aid Case Manager and began developing the initial version of the software. Mr. Southwell's services were then requested to incorporate additional functionality to the program.
Once Mr. Southwell became involved with the St. Vincent de Paul online case management project, it was clear many other organizations could benefit from it's capabilities. Mr. Southwell then continued coding additional features into the system. Today, SagePost is pleased to offer to a fully functional online case management system that could help all direct aid case-based organizations streamline their operations.
